ON THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION IN UNPREDICTABLY CHANGING ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

No school, no faculty today, when everything is changing so fast, can claim to form educated people with complete and final knowledge in their profession at graduation time. One of the main tasks educational institutions should then be teach students learn how throughout lives, embracing paradigm continuing education. We argue that diversified education forms strong emphasis on education, as opposed classical models, are necessary for ensuring employability livelihood unpredictable economic conditions. It must acknowledged even developed countries cannot boast they have harmonized system needs retraining lifelong professional development.
